WORDS.......

The topic this week is words. I am a little late. It has been a busy week. The picture I took is where I work. The emergency room at a hospital. I feel the word " Emergency" speaks volumes. This one word can mean so many things to different people. For me the word means that someone's life can/ maybe changed forever. I have personally experienced it and see if frequently at work. I love my job because I get to hold hands, bring blankets, give stickers but most of all I get to help.

Photoshop...Before and After

It is Monday so it is time to post for weekly POTD...I do not own photoshop. I used other photo software. I am sure it is not as detailed as photoshop. But it works. This picture was taken in Sea Isle City. My family has been part of Sea Isle for years. As far back as my great grandparents. My grandfather was born raised and died there. I was on the beach in Sea Isle before I could walk. Anyway back to the photo challenge. I played around with the colors. I am surprised how much you can actually change the colors. But I was wondering can anyone tell which one is the original? Thanks for looking.

All Boy...

This is one of my other pictures for this weeks topic, Focus. This is my youngest son. He is 4 and yes I need to focus on him all the time. He is all boy. He is very active, curious and into everything. He loves being silly and posing for me. If he is quite he is into something. That said he is loved very much by his siblings and his parents. Life would be very dull without Johnny.

Week 2 Focus...

Okay this topic gave me different ideas. So I will post more than one picture. But for starts...this picture defines my focus....my family. There are many generations displayed on the table. The table was my grandmothers and it is an antique. I miss my grandmother very much and wish we lived closer to South Jersey. My oldest turned 18 years old today. I have been teary about it and yet excited at the same time. As my kids have been getting older I found they need to be my main focus, teenage attitudes, learning to drive, first jobs, first loves, high school graduation and then college. Well that is all so here is my first picture for this topic. :)

Hats off to a New Year...
